Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52).

Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road.into Scarbrough Avenue.

Straight over roundabout (St. Matthews Church) to Skegness Pier and proceed along the promenade - straight over the "Clock Tower" roundabout.

Take the first turning right into Serena Road, and right again onto Drummond Road. the Leisure is on the left after a few yards.

Coaches - please telephone shortly before arrival to ensure external parking and access to the coach park area.

Leaving the coach / railway station, cross Richmond Drive and turn right. Proceed to traffic lights and turn left into Sandbeck Avenue.

Walk to the top of Sandbeck Avenue and turn left into Drummond Road.

The Leisure is on the left in a few yards.
